Adult Volunteers

We need volunteers for our 2025 Outdoor Inclusive Adventures! Columbus and Franklin County Metro Parks and the YMCA of Central Ohio are hosting a day of fun and inclusive activities for youth with diverse abilities and/or special needs. Their family, friends, and the community are invited to join us at Darby Bend Lakes to participate in inclusive outdoor fun and networking. Volunteers will be directed to check in at the Registration Table (Welcome Area on the map) when they arrive at the event! Volunteers will receive an email with a map and additional information ahead of time. The welcome area is located by the restrooms/shelter at Lake/Area #3. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. You will receive a volunteer shirt and will be directed to your station. Google Maps or your GPS may take you just down the road from the entrance to our meetup. Look for balloons at Darby Bend Lakes entrance on Amity Road.
